Is there anyone at the Family History Center in Salt Lake City who can look up the marriage of Jean Baptiste Dubois and Marie Genevieve Dubord Latourelle in the Loiselle Marriage Index for the date and place of their marriage. They had their first child in 1742. Possibly in the Richelieu or Rouville area of Quebec, Canada. Thank you.

@Yuskaitis Monica1 I would suggest you post in the Canada Research Group.

The look-up service at the Salt Lake facility has been discontinued, but many of the Canadian records are online just not indexed by name to make them searchable. You can browse the relevant DGS (digitized microfilm) online.

I looked up this couple in the PRDH. There is no church marriage record to be found for this couple, but there is a marriage contract dated 8 Feb 1740. In the index to the notarial acts on Ancestry, we can see the notary for the contract was Antoine Puypéroux De Lafosse (https://www.ancestry.ca/discoveryui-content/view/8834663:61062).

Here is a link to the images for this marriage contract on FamilySearch: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-53LL-D9VX-3
