This batch has an interesting issue. I am not sure I have seen it before. When indexing and reviewing, the above form comes as page 1. The date of the document from what I know is not the correct one. The form has 2 pages, I believe, and the correct date would be on page 2. Can someone verify that the 'Petition for Citizenship has 2 pages and the second page should be pulled up to finish the first page and if you get the second page as your first record you should mak it sa "No, no extractable data".

Thanks, Al

The second page contains the Record Date for the Petition, under the Affidavit of Witness section, as well as the Oath of Allegiance that has its own, later, date. The OOA is a separate document and is indexed as such. When you get the OOA (or second page, as you say), as the first image, you will index the Oath and not mark it NNED. An example of how to index an OOA is found under Project Instructions/What To Index/How To Index an Oath of Allegiance.

thank you! I realizef that I id not separate the OOA from the Petition. But you confirmed my thoughts.
