    Hi, Gallup, Wanda

it is easy to be confused if you are not totally familiar with the way the terminology is used. I have had the same problem.

When you download a batch in a project you may receive 1 or more images. Each image may be a photograph of 1 or more documents. If the documents are overlapping the top most document covers a portion of the document below and in this case you would normally only record information from the top most document. If the documents are non-overlapping as in the case of an open book with 2 documents(left hand page and right hand page) showing in the same image you would then need to follow the project instructions as two how the 2 should be indexed. Normally if the documents are for 2 different people they would be indexed separately. If they are for the same person you would need to carefully read the project instructions to determine what is to be done.

    I hope this helps some🙂
