Entries and images
So lately I've been facing a kind of dilemma. I'm indexing naturalization records and there are two images, but its also having me do two entries for those same two images? For instance, on image one, there are two entries. Then for image two, there are two entries. I am unsure at this point how to fill this out. Usually entry one was for page one, and entry two was for page two. I am worried that the two images will be separated if I do this incorrectly, and I'm sure their descendant will want both together. Also if they are separated they wont have all the information or the correct spelling of the person.
The other problem I am facing is that they misspell the persons name on all the documents, so its very different than the persons actual signature. Do I spell it according to the signature on the next pages even though its not on that page?
This is the batch:

For the first image, index the Declaration of Intention, but ignore the Certificate of Arrival, as the instructions say it should not be indexed.
Do not index the second image as an entry in image one, because the two images are for two different records. Also, do not include information that is not found in the current image. (Basically, index it as if the other document does not exist.) Any descendants of the person should be able to find both documents if they find one, either by checking the image batch or because the Record Hints system tells them its there.
In instances where a person's name is listed with multiple spellings or with alternate names, you should put in all of them, divided by the word "Or". So the given name field for Image 1 would be Demitr Or Demitri. For Image 2, it is DM Or Dymitr Or Demitr.

Just 'cause the project defaults to two entries per image doesn't mean you must index two entries per image. If you only need one, delete the other one using the trashcan tool.
(It's highly unlikely to come up in the naturalizations, but the same thing applies in the other direction, too: if the project defaults to N entries per image, but the image contains N+M entries, then you simply add M entries and index everything.)
