PERSON page "sources" pane disappears

The right side pane for sources (when you select "sources" in the Tools arear) is great. Handy tool for investigations, etc.

But the durn thing disappears whenever a page refresh is done...and that could happen a lot.

Please fix...to make it persistent until we select an "X" to close it.

Unfortunately, all of the right column's tools default to "off", meaning they all go away if you re-load the page. That's simply how they work.
