How to Fix? Wife on indexed record shows her husband's vital statistics

When I look at the bride, Minnie's record, I see the information for the groom.

When I look at the groom's record, it shows his information as well.

How do I fix this error? I'm only permitted to change the Event Date and Event Place.

It's looking like it's not displaying all the indexed information there. I'm looking at it and this is what I have (assuming we're looking at the same indexed record here):

Usually marriage records will display the groom at the top with the bride further down next to "Spouse's Name." If she's not showing up there, then there may be an issue with how the information is being displayed. Probably not an indexing error, in any case.

Minnie Hughes has three 1905 Oklahoma marriages attached, but none of them look like the OP's screenshot.

I noticed that the screenshot is also missing Minnie's portrait, so I think it was a temporary glitch, and the index display wasn't the only thing that was glitching.
