Please Allow Users to Begin New Index Lists When Many Entries Are Out of Sync or Wrong
For example, if you inspect this FamilySearch page (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C39H-MH1C?i=191&cc=3015626), you will see that the collection is for 1872, but some indexes were mistakenly entered as 1842, and can't be edited. The indexes are also out of sync with the pages. Since many images like this one are available to users, while their indexes are not editable, we should be able to get approval to begin fresh, more accurate indexes, so the inaccurate or out-of-sync ones can be retired. Please include a button for every collection that lets users request to begin a new indexing of the collection (if it can't be edited as is).

@ZacharyaBusse The example you posted can be edited. Just click on the EDIT tab to see the fields that can be edited:
Creating a NEW index for a series of records would require renegotiation of the contract with the record custodian. And implementation is extremely complex.

Thanks. To get to that particular view of the document, I discovered I had to first click the "Attach" hyperlink to get to the "Attach" page which has the desired "View Record" hyperlink. Now I know 🤷
