Separating events
Here in Nordic, especially Finland it is important to see all the different names. As the person may have been given the name Johan Abrahamson... but always called Jussi Aaponpoika... these look quite different for others... especially Steffan= Tapani. These days people love to use the REAL Finnish names, not the Swedish they were baptized to. That is great to see!
BUT... the places for events that are not birth, baptism, or death places (that already are in vitals events) are mostly NOT interesting at all unless the person has moved out of the Country... or maybe county. It would be great to be able to click those unseen. There may be 30 places added by Americans all missing standard placenames as FS has not listed all farms or house numbers.
Being able to see the names but not the events would help very much with the length of the page.

If a profile has a Residence "event" entered that does not convey any new information, you're free to delete it, and if any place conclusion (whether in Vitals or Other) does not have a map point ("standard") associated with it, you're free to remedy that, too -- even if the place includes more detail than what's in FS's database.

A couple of years ago I posted a similar request that I'll just mention briefly in hopes it gets a bit of support. I could post the full details again if anyone would like.
Yes, please split the Other Information Section so we have one for names and for events and facts. Put this new Names box at the top of the page. Then take Name out of the vitals section. Doing so will put all of a person's names in one box with equal standing and stop arguments about what a person's "real" name was. Each user should be able to, as we can with parents and spouses, designate a preferred name and have that be the one that displays in the header banner and on charts.
