better tools to ward T&FH leaders
Currently, local ward and stake T&FH leaders & consultants and EQ Presidents have no way to know who has completed their 4 generations in FamilySearch (FS) Tree and who could use some help. In our years of experience, we have found that passing around signup sheets is rarely useful. Could there be a report option, available only to appropriate priesthood leaders, that could provide names of ward members, or maybe just those with FS accounts, who have not completed their 4 generations in FS? This request comes from multiple ward family history leaders and elders presidents.
Thanks,

This has been requested many times, but the general authorities who preside over temple and family history work have made it clear that they do not want any of the statistics on the Family History Activity Report to be connected to specific people. Those statistics are simply aggregates for the ward or stake.

The best way to find out who has 4 generations is to work with each individual and family in the unit (ward/stake). In working with them, not only will you find out the info about 4 generations, you'll find out what each person is really interested in doing in relation to temple and family history work. You'll find those who are new and want to learn everything. You'll find those who are focused on writing and documenting personal histories. You'll find those who are deep into raising children and teaching them lessons learned from earlier generations. And you'll find those who are only interested in gathering together living family. All are part of family history work and don't involve the 4 generation statistic.
General Handbook 25.1
Church leaders support members in the following ways:
Teach the importance of making and striving to keep temple covenants.
Encourage members to learn about their ancestors, discover their stories, and perform temple ordinances on their behalf.
Support parents in helping their children participate in temple and family history work.
Encourage endowed members to have a current temple recommend and worship in the temple as often as their circumstances allow.
Encourage youth, new members, and other unendowed adults to have a current recommend for proxy baptisms and confirmations and go to the temple to be baptized and confirmed for the dead.
Notice how the instruction in the handbook doesn't say anything about keeping track of who has 4 generations by name.
