Make posts relating to merged Discussions easier to find

I know changes to Community functions are not quite as straightforward to implement as those on the main FamilySearch site, but would be grateful if there could be some way of improving this problem, in future.

When I click on items like that shown in the first screenshot, the outcome is what is illustrated in the second one. It would be good if there was a way of showing / redirecting us to where posts merged by a moderator have been transferred.

It would be helpful if there could be a link here (or directly when clicking on the "closed" post shown - as above) to the Discussion item under which these "new comments" now appear.
