Item in FamilySearch Library Catalog with no location and no microfilm or DGS numbers
Could you please tell me where I would find the following item listed in the FSL catalog: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/995974 ?
Note that the record has no call number no location, no call number, no film number, no DGS number, and no format provided in the record. It looks like an incomplete catalog record.
Is the item available digitally online or only on microfilm at the FSL? If I came to the FSL in person how would I go about locating this item to view either digitally or on microfilm?
Thank you.

The header and notes agree that it's on microfilm ("Microfilm of typescript material loaned by Robert Pittman of Canton, Illinois"), so I think you'd need to be in Utah, but even there, I don't know how you'd be able to request this item. I guess you'd need the rest of the information (author, title, date, etc.), and then you'd need to hope that the library's catalog was a bit more complete.
Here's the Help Center article on requesting corrections to the Catalog: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-a-correction-to-the-familysearch-catalog.

FYI: I sent my question to the address for reporting errors in the catalog for microfilms. Let's see what happens. Thanks again.

There are now two catalogs, the newest one is called the FamilySearch Library catalog and this is for the FamilySearch Library, the other the older catalog is called the FamilySearch Catalog. See https://www.familysearch.org/en/library/our-catalogs
@Robert Seal_1 the title of this topic is incorrect, as the catalog page you have given is in fact from the (old) FamilySearch Catalog, not the FamilySearch Library catalog.
I looked in the FamilySearch Library catalog, and could not see an entry for the item above. I would not be surprised if you are told the item is not available at all.

I heard from the FSL staff yesterday. I was told the item should have never been in the catalog since they did not have permission from the author to make the item available. They said they were removing the item from the catalog which is probably why you couldn't find the item. So, you are correct, Maureen, that the item is not available at all. Thank you for your response to my question.
Also thanks for explaining the two different catalogs. I wasn't aware of this.
