Another error report

Hello, me again with another report of an error. From this place, the text that gets from the OCR is not cleaned further and record gets assigned a wrong date. For example, this one got 2 May 1800,

when it should have been 2012. The fix is doable: just delete those vertical lines "|" from the string.

The batch from which this came is full of such errors.

Added: Records from "Colombia, Civil Registration" seem affected. Here is one of that same kind, different town.
