Review AI indexed names

I have been reviewing AI indexed names, mostly from South Dakota(my home state). Today I went in to review, picked South Dakota and documents came up from Hyde County, North Carolina. This happened two different times today. There is a Hyde County in South Dakota. I don't know if this is the proper place to post this. If not, maybe it could be moved to the proper area. Thanks.

Here is a screen shot of a Hyde County Vital Statistic Index that I got later today. I clicked on South Dakota and this is what I got.
