What's important to remember that most projects now come with a pre-set number of entries per image. When there is only one entry per Image in a multiple-entry Image, you do not enter it a second (or third) time. If you have unused entries once you have completed, but not yet submitted the batch, click the trash can icon. When this dialog box pops up, choose "All blank entries," then click Delete. You will then be ready to submit the batch.

We can't help you unless we see your batch and see what the problem is. For us to see it, copy what's in the brackets, [...], of the batch title at the top of your indexing page (with that batch open) and paste it here. Then we can pull it up and help you.

I found the Submit icon that looks like a paper airplane.

When all the blanks are filled for all images, I press the Submit icon. Every time, it has me run a quality check. Then it tells me I need to fill out the first blank again. I see all my work has been deleted from every answer. I fill the blanks out again for the second and sometimes the third time. Finally, it accepts my work. Since I have to do the same work over on both images, it takes me too much time to complete the work for one person. What can I do so my carefully reviewed work, all blanks filled, will be accepted the first time?

Without seeing it I can't help you. Usually when quality check flags a field, it's because we didn't enter anything into it. What I suspect might have happened is that somehow a second record was added to the image and you didn't realize it, so quality control wasn't saying something was wrong with the record you indexed but that the second record for that image needed to be filled in. That's why it looked like all your work was deleted... because you were seeing the second record that wasn't indexed. When you do have an extra record you don't need, you have to delete it by going up to the trash can icon.
