Ballarat Family Search centre hours

The page for the Ballarat Family search centre does not have the opening hours. Does anyone know when it is available for research? I want to access Bamberg, Germany church index cards (Rottinger) that are only available at Family Search centres.

Assuming the Ballarat you refer to is Ballarat Australia, you could try " Contact Us" for Australia which called Pacific

The email given is PacificSupport@familysearch.org . If that fails, maybe try contacting the LDS church where the FamilySearch Centre is most likely located
