Can't find birth register Montignies sur Sambre, Belgium

Hi, maybe I haven't looked very well but it seems I can't find any birth certificates for Montignies sur Sambre (Belgium) for the period 1901 - 1910

I am looking for the birth certificate of Henri Georges LOMBAERT but can't find it.

¿Could someone help me find it?

It appears that the records that are indexed and in the catalog are not very complete.

I searched the unindexed images and there are a few more.
