Why doesn't the pages to record don't match the pages to type when check

I've done several pages and when I get done they show empty pages but dthe pages I typed are still there and I end up starting all over again.

You will delete the extra entries by clicking the trash can, then selecting All Blank Entries. You will be able to submit once those entries are deleted. The second entry is there for when you have an Oath of Allegiance for one person (Entry 1), then have a Petition For Naturalization for another person (Entry 2).

On the first image you do not index anything about the spouse nor the sex of the applicant. The spouse and sex, for the purpose of the Declaration, does not exist as we do not index anything that is not on the document. The spouse and sex are reserved for the Petition of Naturalization. You will also index both document's Record Place as New York, United States of America. This is found in the Declaration and Petition examples in the Project Instructions.
