UI/UX overhaul
I've been using FamilySearch for quite some time now and I love using it. However it took me a while to figure out the logic behind its functionality. From a UI/UX point of view the website could use an overhaul. Functionality isn't always easy to find and sometimes even counterintuitive.
Again, I'm a big fan, but I really would advise you to have a specialist analyse UI/UX as there's room for improvement.

@LucasVerberne I'm not sure of your time frame "using FamilySearch for quite some time now" but there has been a major overhaul over the last couple of years. And more is underway, with the New Source Linker currently in roll-out.

I think a big part of any functionality problems in FamilySearch is its massive complexity. It's trying to be a 200 implement Swiss Army Knife and on top of that is working to improve everything all the time. But I have to say that every time they have a biography about one of their managers, their background and experience as listed has been very impressive.
