Increase number of batches you can check out.

I imagine you've already done studies on this but...

There are many different "Petitions for Naturalization" projects. In each one I've seen batches are only 2 images each and there is a limit of 4 batches that can be checked out at any time. This seems like a low number of total images that indexers/reviewers can check out without having to go back and Find Images to check out more. Since these are such small batches I would think that the limit should be 10 batches, but if you're uncomfortable with that here's a proposal - On the next "Petitions for Naturalization" project that becomes available change the maximum number of batches you can check out to 5 and see if the total number of batches processed doesn't go up a bit. Many of us set goals in multiples of 10, so 5 would work out fine for that, we would just check out batches twice a day to get 10 batches. As it is some of us (me included) check out batches twice a day and only do 8 batches a day, while I'm sure there are more Celestial workers who end up doing 12 batches a day. It might be worth trying for a project to see if I'm right.

Since indexing is now online, I ignore the "batches to check out" completely. When we had to download and index offline, it was different, but I see no need to check out many batches at once.
