Helping ward members complete four generation chart
As Temple and Family History consultants we are asked to help those who do not have their four-generations chart completed. The only way we can currently find out if someone hasn't completed theirs, is by asking every single member. This can become a tedious task and accidentally duplicated by multiple consultants. I would like to request a monthly report be available of those members that need help so we can help them complete their four generations.

Although your request is understandable (and has been made by many others in the past), Church leadership has made it clear that they will not identify specific individuals that make up the statistics on the Family History Activity Report.
So in a ward responsibility for this effort falls on those who lead family history -- EQ president, RS president, and ward temple and family history leader. Proper organization can reduce duplication. Look at it as an opportunity to meet with ward members about their family history and help them become more connected with their ancestors.
