image has birth, baptism, membership and marriage data.... index as membership record? if so, what event date should be recorded (ie birth, baptism, or "bel" -I don't know what that date represents)

    This is a composite register for Chubut, Argentina. We have been in contact with FS indexing support, and the Elder there has confirmed that we are to look at each person mentioned and create the respective birth, birth/baptism, marriage, membership or death details. For the membership date use the bel: date.
