How to list Foster Parents in US, North Carolina—Marriages and Cohabitations, 1861–1922 [MQXG-8ZN]
I have a record that lists an individual's parents as foster parents. Would I record those individuals in the mother and father sections of the indexing field?

Foster parents are not indexed as parents. You would only index biological or adoptive parents as parents.
