@RickFrancom Just to confirm, you are missing people from your list at https://www.familysearch.org/help/helper/, correct?

@RickFrancom, they will only remain on your planner for one year. They can also remove you as a helper at any time. I guess there is something going on If neither of these reasons for removal are in play. I just checked my Planner and all the people I am helping through the Planner are still there.

FamilySearch will notify you when the year is coming to an end. It gives you time to renew the person for another year. I have worked with the two people for several years. I have spoken to both of the people and they did not remove me as a helper. I'm waiting for an answer from FamilySearch.

I had two people from my ward that I have been helping the last couple of years. They were there in the morning one day and in the afternoon they were gone. I sent a request to one of the persons to be a helper and they answered and I received an email from FamilySearch showing they had answered my request, but they never showed up showing I was their helper. What can be done to fix this problem? Rick Francom

I will send this to a team that can look into the disappearance. Thanks.

@RickFrancom I know it's been awhile. Are you still having this issue? Are you able to add people to your helper list or is that still not working?
Also, a question about the 2 that disappeared. Did they show up in the expired list or did they just disappear? The way you described it, I assumed they just disappeared so I want to make sure I understand correctly.

I was working with one of the names in the morning and went back in the afternoon and they had disappeared. They were not on the expired list. On January 1, 2024 I received an email from FamilySearch granting me permission to access the FamilySearch account for Eloise Claire Magleby , KWHM-CC1. I asked her to go into her account and give me permission to be her helper. I received the email after she did that. I was not able to add her to my planner. She is one of my ward members that had disappeared. The other person has no computer to send a request to grant permission. I hope this information is helpful. Please advise. Rick Francom
