Lists of Freed Person found in with birth, marriage, death [en francais]

regarding index project: "Martinique—Enregistrement civil, 1809–1874 [Partie A][M3X2-JHJ]"

document type choices are 'birth, marriage, or death'. I guess I'm worried about the extensive list of 'Affranchissement' or individuals granted freedom on this image. Will they be indexed another time? Should I index them as births, using their ages? It just seems a shame to ignore all these people. Thank you
