How do you index 'Index to Intentions of marriage' under US County Marriage Records 1893-1993?

The 'index to intentions of marriage' only includes one name and then a date (no potential spouse), with reference to reference books. Not sure if this should be indexed as there is no guidance on how to index this image.

Thank you.

You will index it using what is available. If there is only one spouse listed, you will us that spouse in the appropriate fields and mark the other spouses' information blank.
