Malicious Indexer
I've come across several batches that have more <BLANK> than data when data is available on the image. We used to be able to flag those batches (through LABS) but that feature no longer is available. Neither is FEEDBACK. Should I just mark the batch REINDEX and let it go for that indexer to create more empty batches?
Here's an example of that person's work: US, Connecticut—Naturalization Records, 1841–1945[MQX7-6DF]

I was told:
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, not all people who indexed have been trained or have taken the time to read the project instructions. As a Reviewer, you may add all the fields yourself, or you may go to Batch and Choose Reindex Batch. Thank you so much for your dedicated to Review. Have a great holiday season.

I guess the only options would be to reindex it yourself and submit it or return it for reindexing and to mark Delete the indexed data so someone else could start it again.

Thank you, All! I came across so many batches last night with nothing but <BLANK>.

That's weird. Every indexed batch has to have someone review it, so the issue should have been caught. Plus, if too much gets changed by the reviewer it goes into review again, so it couldn't be a reviewer deleting everything either.
Could the data have been corrupted somehow?

The data is not corrupted as I was doing reviewing of the same project all day. A batch can absolutely be submitted with nothing but blanks, it just takes an extra step to submit it.
