Baby Names

We are trying to come up with a name for our first baby and we both think a family name for either first or middle name would be meaningful. I've scanned through our family trees but I think it would be fun/helpful to have a feature where people can select a gender (or not) and be giving a cohesive list of names from their family tree in a way that is faster and easier to digest. Each name could be linked to the person profile so they can then go in and read more about that ancestor.

You could explore the Solutions Gallery: I believe most of the offline genealogy programs that can synchronize with FamilySearch offer the sort of report you're thinking of.
