US Florida naturalization:
do we index both the declaration of intention and petition for naturalization when both are on same image? Or do we combine the info on one.

If they are for the same person, you will index as one entry, using the Record Number and Record Date from the PET. If they are not for the same person, you will index both as separate entries.
