Need Comments field in "Following"

Please add a "comments" column in "Following" so users can add a comment saying what issues or needs there are. For example, "need to find spouse for this person" or "need to find birth location". Such comments should display between name and changes, so a person can easily see what issues are needed. These comments are unique to the deceased person and not the same as a label. Comments should have the option of being private, public or shared with select individuals or group, such as a family group. Comments could be linked to collaboration so that by clicking on the link, collaboration notes will pop up.
