quality check issues - in the process of a batch

I'm indexing the following:

S, Texas, Hidalgo—Marriage Records, 1940–2021 [Part A][MQ8R-DX5]

I started this yesterday. Each batch has only 2 records. After I index them and hit submit I get the following message:

It is saying that there are two more records to index in this batch when, clearly, there aren't. I have been deleting all blank records and then I'm able to submit. I just want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing and not missing something before I go any further.

Thanks for any help

This is referring to choosing if it is a Marriage or Marriage Registration. The selection will be the default, Marriage, if you delete the extra entries before you start indexing. If it is a registration, change it to Marriage Registration. The difference in the type is that a registration has Marriage Registration fields while a Marriage doesn't.
