This one is different, alright. It's a The Statement of United States Citizen of Japanese Ancestry. This was a survey given to all Japanese citizens who were living in internment camps during WWII. If it wasn't filled out, it could have constituted treason.
I'm inclined to mark it NNED, just by title alone, but can we get a mod ruling @Maile L?

@erutherford and @Maile L In the US, Washington Alien Registration Forms Project, the PI's specifically say to index these types of records and give examples. Just an observation.....

@Maile L I am still holding onto 2 batches that contain Statement of US Citizen of Japanese Ancestry. Should I index them? They are from the US Oregon Alien Registration Forms part C
