List of relatives by Cemetery

As I travel to different cemeteries I would like to be able print a list of my relatives that are buried in a particular cemetery or in a geographic area. Often I find that cousins or other distant relatives may be buried nearby and I was not aware.

If you use one of the desktop genealogical programs listed in the Solutions Gallery, you can easily make such a report. I mostly use Family Tree Maker, but there are several others, including RootsMagic and Legacy.

and don't forget "Ancestral Quest" in your list of third party programs for your home computer. It is easy to download (ie. import) the data from the Family Tree into a personal computer data file. I use it for that very purpose when I travel on vacations and visit cemeteries along the way. Good luck.

Then there is Map My Ancestors in the Family Tree App. Play around with that and see if gives you the information are looking for.

One confusing thing with the feature is that it includes everyone on your Recents lists as well as your family.
