ERROR - placename standardization

@N Tychonievich another example https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QLFB-SQ6N. In this case "Zuidhorn, Friesland, Netherlands" should be "Noordhorn, Groningen, Netherlands".

Better would be "Noordhorn, Zuidhorn, Groningen, Netherlands" but this standardization seems to be missing within the placename database.

    @Rhonda Budvarson I don't think so. This error shows on every source for this place (and a lot of others too).

    As I've understood it, the back log for these errors is huge.
