There is no example of how to index this record?

I copied-and-pasted the first bullet under "what to index" from one of the naturalization projects:

    • Index only the following types of documents: Declarations of intention, petitions for naturalization, military petitions, oaths of allegiance, final orders, alien registrations, repatriation records, certificates of admission, and name change records. In addition, index documents that are similar to these form-types.

There is nothing there that's anything like a list of recommendations, so my guess is that it's "no extractable data".

(The part that kinda throws doubt on everything is the bit about "similar to these" -- but the more I think about it, the less I think a list of recommendations bears any similarity to the form-type of the things listed. The table of contents in a book has only the chapter titles in common with the chapters themselves; similarly, "naturalization petitions recommended to be ..." has only the words "naturalization petition" in common with the actual petitions.)

The only time petitions to be granted would be indexed is when it contains a name change. Only then will you follow the name change example for that petitioner (or petitioners) only.
