This is my first batch for this project. In image 2 there is no written date. I was wondering if it would be okay to use the seal of the clerk. I would put <blank> for the year and 1 Nov for day and month. What do you think?

Mark the entire date blank. We don't know what the November 1st date is and it's not our job to speculate.
