Add 'Wedding Witness' on other relationships.

People who testify at weddings are usually family friends, or family themself, this is a vital relationship that could give people help find information for their genealogy.

    Somehow, since yesterday, this has been changed to a "Question" while remaining under "Suggest an Idea". Hence, the option to give the idea an "upvote" has now disappeared. Would be grateful if this could be addressed.
