    Neillyn

We need more information on what you are doing to help you out. If you are working on indexing/reviewing a batch, please show the batch code. The batch code would be at the end of the batch such as[xxxx-xxx]

In general if, as I suspect, you are indexing/reviewing an entry such as James Jones, Jr. and are wondering about the Jr., you don't show the Jr. unless there is a suffix field. In the time I have been indexing/reviewing I have never seen a suffix field. If you have a suffix field in your batch, check all the instructions to see what to do as far as spelling, etc.
