Add "Needs more info" option to FS Records and research
Under person, under Research Help (right column), are possible records that may or may not match the person. There are 2 options: "REVIEW & ATTACH" or "NOT A MATCH". If I cannot tell if the record is for this person, but might be, I would like there to be a 3rd option; "NEED MORE INFO". This way the record will stay with the person with a question mark (but not attached to the person). This will let others know that the record MIGHT be a match, but that more information is needed. If option 3 is selected, there should be a text box to add a note.
I don't want to use "DISMISS" or "NOT A MATCH" as that will remove the record from Research Help.

The default presumption is that the Hint may or may not be a match. If you can’t tell just leave it, that is your third option. You can start a Discussion or leave a Note under Collaborate on their detail page and add comments relating to your judgment etc regarding the Hint.
