On the full name review, should the first and middle names of people be on the same line?

On step 3 of the Full Name Review process, it asks for Given Names and Surnames. I was just wondering, should the first and middle name be on the same line as given names, or should they be on separate lines as given names?

Notice that the name of the field is Given NameS, plural. Given names are first and middle names, all names that are not the surname or family name, so first and middle names go in the same Given Name field.
