In this instance I would say that you would be safe to use this as your source as these are official records.

It's always best to post this type of query under the Indexing category of Community. Quote the reference number of the batch you are working on and you should be provided with an answer from an experienced indexer. (That is not to say @mitchellcolinian1 is incorrect in the advice provided here!)

Since it sounds like you are working directly from the records and entering your findings in Family Tree, yes, that is definitely fine. It's even better than entering a birth date from a death certificate because that death notation was entered into the household survey very close to the time it occurred.
It seems quite strange that you can't find the actual death record. You should probably ask about this in the Nordic Countries group here: https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/137-nordic-countries-research The Swedes there are very active and great about answer this type of question. My first thought is that there is some notation in the household survey you are overlooking that the person was away from home and died in a different parish than the one you are looking at the record for.
When you post your question, be sure to give a link to the record page you are looking at and exactly which person you can't find the death record for.

Thank you for the responses. I didn't know about the Nordic group. I'll join them for answers.
