Deceased people whose parents are living.

I have a nephew who died at 14 in a car accident many years ago. But his parents are still alive. I created a file for my nephew in my family tree where he is connected to his parents and several generations of ancestors. Although my sister and brother-in-law are still living, all four of my nephew’s grandparents have passed away, as all generations before them.

But on FamilyTree, because my nephews’ parents are alive and appear as confidential to the general public, to that general public my nephew is totally disconnected to all his deceased ancestors.

Is it not possible for FamilyTree, so show my nephew’s parents as « anonymous living people » and still show him connected to his deceased ancestors on the tree ?

One option is to add an "Other Relationship" of 'relative' and link the nephew to grandparents that way.
