I have come across a similar issue. I am not able to locate my great great grandparents on my mother’s father’s side of the family.
It would probably have been better to raise a specific query regarding their identity, rather than display a chart that reveals details of you and still-living relatives. As it is, we know nothing of any finer detail you might have that could make it possible for someone to help you trace your ancestry further back.
Having said that, we all eventually hit a brick wall at some point. In my case, it is usually when the parish records of my English ancestors do not go back any further and there are no wills or other documents available to help me establish the identity of, say, a set of great-great grandparents in a particular family branch.
