Hi All

I have a FamilySearch account that has been temporarily locked by the Administrator, and has not been unlocked for the past 2 weeks, and i haven't had any indication as to why it has been locked.

I am concerned because i spent 2 weeks adding all the family info i have acquired over the years, and don't want to lose access!

Can anyone advise how this might happen, and then how i might be able to re-access this account.
