Make "Not Printed" different color & flashing

When reviewing all my records in the "My Reservations" list (and I have pages of them) looking for records that are not printed, there is little difference between "printed" and ?ot printed".

I suggest you make any record where an ordinance has not been printed to be a red color and flashing. That would make it stand out really well.

Click on the Filter button and you get this pop up window:

Under View - select Not Printed and you'll get just a list of those ordinances that are Not Printed.

What really needs to happen is the ability for people to select both "Not Printed" and "Perform Next" etc.
