Sharing with the temple

I have shared many, many ordinances with the temple between 2018-2021. They haven't been worked on. I've heard of multiple people sharing ordinances with the temple within the last 6 months and their ordinances have already been completed.
I'm an ordinance worker at the Meridian Temple. Last night for our shift preparation meeting, the temple President encouraged us to share our ordinances with the temple to provide temple blessings to those who would like to work on them.
I can't say I feel comfortable submitting very many more names with the temple since I've shared and these names haven't been worked on. I have submitted names more recently, and these ordinances have been done. Does the temple system pull names from 'the top of the pile'? Should I un-reserve the names I've submitted, and resubmit them?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

If you un-reserve the names you have submitted, then resubmit them, that will just send them to the back of the line so you do not want to do that.
Regarding whether to keep names on your personal My Reservations list or move them to your personal Shared With Temple list, here are a couple of considerations:
If you keep them on your My Reservations list:
- No one can print out and complete the ordinances except you.
- When a reservation reaches its two year expiration date, it will be moved to your Shared With Temple list automatically.
If you move them to your Shared With Temple list:
- Any time you have the opportunity to complete the ordinances, you can pull them back to your My Reservations list and complete them.
- They never expire and you can find them there any time to complete yourself.
- Close relatives can find them in Family Tree, print them out as 120 day reservations, and complete the ordinances.
- Close and distant relatives will be presented them through Ordinances Ready, print them out as 120 day reservations, and complete them.
I suspect that when you hear about "people sharing ordinances with the temple within the last 6 months and their ordinances have already been completed," that these people have a lot of relatives that are using Ordinances Ready to complete ordinances.

The other significant reason that some ordinances are performed relatively quickly is related to the type of ordinance. Shared baptisms and confirmations are typically performed within a few weeks or a small number of months, but endowments can take years.
