This is a 4 page Notary record that I am pretty sure has to do with an adoption.

    I assume you are not expecting a full translation of the whole document. Given that, I expect a French-speaker would be willing to provide rough details of the contents of the document. Also, there are "Groups" in Community covering both Canada and France: perhaps place your request under one of those categories.
