Link e-mailed not working

The link e-mailed to me on 26 October ‘we may have found a record about your 4th great-grandmother’ does not work any more. It worked on the 26th Oct, but now when I want to view the record, it says ‘sorry we are unable to retrieve the information’. Is there a time limit on opening and looking at these? If so, could that time limit be specified on the original e-mail to let users know to prioritize looking at it - or better still, can you provide a way for users to save an activity in order to look at it at a more convenient time.

In general, when I receive such an email, I find the record already attached to the relative mentioned. And, I usually find that I was the contributor who had attached it. It's a marketing campaign.
