put the planner link back under "help others"

The link to get to "planner" used to be under "help others". Now you have to remember to go to the question mark, then helper resources. It would seem to me we have made the "help others" button obsolete because using the planner function is so much better than having to get peoples user number etc. So, if we are going to have a "help others" button, can we put the link to the planner back with it?

I don't ever remember the Planner link being under the Help Others lifesaver icon. In any event both are useful. For what I do, I much prefer the Help Others method.
