How do I send/direct a batch to another language?

Hello,

I love doing indexing when I can and only select "English" batches. I'm working on the South Africa, Western Cape—Deceased Estate Files, 1951-2012 (Part B). I keep getting batches in Dutch, according to translation searches. See below example.

How do I send or mark them to be placed in their proper language?

You can't. Multilingual projects like that are not divided up by language; they are simply listed under all of the languages that they use. If you get a batch in a language that you can't do, simply return it and get another. Yes, sometimes you might need to try again quite a few times.

The project instructions tell us that "Records in this project are primarily in English or Afrikaans", so those "Dutch" ones are supposed to be in there too. The instructions also say (as Julia said), "If you download a batch that is in a language you are uncomfortable indexing, simply return it for someone else to index, and download a new project."
