Trying to find Birth Father
Hello,
I am trying to find my birth father. I have his name and year of birth. I am finding two possible matches based off of the year of birth. With these two matches, I found 2 marriages (one was to my birth mother) with different last name spelling.
However, I have now hit a brick wall. I am not able to find any other information on him after a match from 1970.
Any suggestions on how to proceed are appreciated.

Searching for the living - or possibly living - can be difficult because records are often closed to protect their privacy.
It would be difficult to make suggestions without knowing details, and we shouldn't ask for those details. This Community is called "FamilySearch" but that doesn't mean we look for living family. There are groups that specialize in searching for birth family - for adoptees or others who do not have a relationship with birth parents. The work done by those "Search Angels" is conducted in private.

@Kim3926 Have you been able to find any answers?
@Áine Ní Donnghaile gave a great suggestion with Search Angels.
We also have an Adoption Research Group.

There seems to be a lot of services using the term "search angels". I see three categories- (1) Some seem to provide only guidance for search, (2) others say they help in search, and (3) many want to charge a fee, can be expensive. A simple search online pulls up pages and pages of these groups and it is confusing on which ones are reputable, trustworthy, and successful. I have searched for a long time and think help with dna matches from experts would be helpful. But I am not sure which one to trust with personal information. I do not want to waste time or money. I did not find any recommendation on FamilySearch regarding search angels. If there is a list somewhere can someone help me by sending link or advice. Or advise on search angels I should be talking to in my search. I would like an angel to actually help since it is complex and difficult due to more distant matches. Regards.
